On the way to upkeep the tradition.

The tradition and the culture of human beings are greatly influencing him, nowadays. There is always the influence, but it has become more and more evident only recently. The same traditions which use to be ignored and neglected by human beings once, has now been considered dearer, not only by just one or two humans but the society as a whole. This change in the approach has been observed in each and every aspect of the life. It seems like man is trying to gather all those beauties which he had missed out in his very past, by flying on the wings of modernism, in the present. His love for the antiqueness is rather more evident in his building of his dream homes.

Today man is very keen at deliberately introducing the traditional flavors in his newly built houses. The wooden carvings and paneling, the light shade of color combination, the water frontage land area, which in itself bears calmness, the mud brick ceilings and so on, are all part of different traditions. It is also a wonder that humans today do love to accept the varieties of other traditions and cultures as well. The in-house well system for water, which is seen in some of the very rural villages of Asia has now been adopted by the builders and has been successfully implemented in the modern kitchens. The wells thus made are rather shallow.

All such techniques which help to upkeep the tradition also invite luxury on the other hand. Some of the materials which have no substitute has to be made or either has to be bought and as the demand will be higher, so the cost. Thus most of the materials apart from the wood and the concrete part are costly. Thus the house thus built will be a luxury custom home. To build a Luxury Custom Home Builderstry their level best to make alive all the old glories which were once a part of ones heritage. The builders are also well aware of the materials availability and guide the consumer accordingly. The houses thus built to upkeep the tradition, though a lengthy process, builds a bridge of mutual understanding between the builder and the customer, helping both in a mutually positive way.

The principal function of a credit card is to make a purchase on credit in the event that you do not have the necessary cash with you. You can likewise use it if you are expecting some money to come your way but you need to make an immediate purpose at the moment. To the wise consumer, credit card should to be used for emergency purposes only. However, the use of the credit card has been subject to abuse like compulsive shopping free or impulse buying.
The Dangers of Carbonated Beverages

The purpose of this article is not to scare you but to enlighten you, although it may do both. These days the consumption of carbonated beverages (such as soft drinks), especially among our youth, is quite disconcerting when you consider that these beverages are toxic to the human body. The following is a list of some of these toxic compounds: sugar, carbonation, aspartame, food dyes and phosphoric acid.

SUGAR

In 1900, the average consumption of sugar was approximately ½ lb/person/year. Currently, we roughly consume an appalling 180 lbs/person/year! The results on the body speak for themselves. Furthermore, the average soft drink has 10 tsp of sugar per can. No wonder pop is so addictive for so many people.

CARBONATION

Carbonation is created by pumping carbon dioxide into water or other liquid. You may recall that carbon dioxide is a waste product of cellular and food metabolism, as such the body wants to expel it. So why would anyone want to further add a waste product to their body? Carbonated beverages also burden the body by weakening stomach acid, thereby interfering with proper digestion.

ASPARTAME

"Aha! But I only drink diet sodas!" you say. Unfortunately, eventhough diet sodas have less sugar than regular soda they contain another concern - aspartame. Aspartame is a low calorie artificial sweetener that has the effect of lowering your body's metabolism. As a result, a 400 calorie meal now becomes an 800 calorie meal! Aspartame has also been linked to convulsions, depression, insomnia, irritability, weakness, dizziness, migraines, and mood changes.

FOOD DYES

Many carbonated beverages contain food dyes that are unfit for human consumption. Many of these artificial colourings have been connected to ailments such Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and, according to Dr. Walker's book Water Can Undermine Your Health, more than a million children today are afflicted with cerebral lesions caused by soft drinks!

PHOSPHORIC ACID

This is the substance that causes the soft drink to bubble and fizz. Being an acid, phosphoric acid burns your insides but more importantly upsets your body's delicate phosphorus-calcium balance. You may recall that calcium can be released from the bones to restore proper pH balance in the blood. As a result, the presence of phosphoric acid can lead to the weakening of the skeletal structure and hence osteoporosis. In 1994, The Journal of Adolescent Health, reported a "strong association between cola beverage consumption and bone fractures in girls." Numerous studies have confirmed this result.

Why Health Care Costs Are High

There is a large debate in the country right now over the health care system and the fact that it has gotten more and more expensive over the past twenty to thirty years. There are many families in the United States who do not have health insurance and what this means is that in the event of some health problem they will either have to go without care or will have to handle the burden of paying for treatment by themselves. There are some key problems with the system as it exists now and this article will talk about just a couple of those.

The first problem is that there is no real competition in the medical field. Because most people do have insurance they are virtually unaware of what health care is costing them. The standard procedure for someone receiving treatment is to go to the hospital and bill the insurance company. The ultimate consumer has no idea of the cost of the services they are receiving and thus do not have the ability to make doctors compete with each other for patients.

The second problem is that modern medicine costs a lot to administer. The reality is that there is a lot of life saving technology which exists now but did not even ten years ago. This equipment is expensive and many hospitals and doctors have to charge patients more in order to buy the new equipment. This trend will only increase thus adding to the cost of being healthy.

Sport and Health Care.

It has been widely known for many years that there is a strong correlation between sport and health care. This is why many research facilities stress qualitative sport research, health and performance psychology, biomechanics and exercise physiology, but if you are solely an individual without access to all of those, what are you to do to increase your health care if you play in sports?

Many sport enthusiasts as well as sport athletes rely on sport or athlete supplements in order to improve their particular sports performance. This type of action has led to some medications being banned, but this does not apply to just supplements, and there are athletes who take them just to remain healthy. Thus the question now is what is in common health supplements and how do they correlate to sport and health care?

    * Creatine. Your body already produces this via your pancreas, liver and kidneys. It is also found in fish and meats in general. Creatine is used to improve the body's strength. Athletes who participate in power lifting or sprinting benefit the most from it.
    * Country mallow. This particular plant supplement is known under many names such as Bala, white Mallow, Silky White Mallow, Sida Cordifolia, Malva-Branca-Sedosa, Malva-Branca, Khareti, Indian Chikana, Heartleaf, and Bariar. Both of its seeds and roots are used as ingredients in supplements and it is used to improve energy.
    * Bitter orange. Its Latin name is Citrus aurantium and it is actually created from an orange's dried fruit, peel, leaves and flowers. It is used to keep weight down or even for weight loss.
    * Epimedium leaf extract. This particular Chinese herb has been widely used in order to treat sexual dysfunction, nerve and arthritic pain, as well as to treat fatigue.
    * Glucosamine. Glucosamine is naturally occurring in humans, but additional glucosamine supplements can stimulate cartilage growth, often found important to athletes.

Storage Tips And Organization Guide For Food And Beverages.

As the third part of my kitchen organization guide, here are some storage tips and organization guide for food and beverages in the kitchen.

Vegetable Storage

Besides the refrigerator, other storage areas for root vegetables include baskets, racks or drawer. The ultimate dream kitchen has separately operated refrigerated and dehumidified drawers (as opposed to drawers in the refrigerators) for fresh food like vegetables and bread, which can be a generally expensive option.

A simple and inexpensive alternative is to create a ventilated drawer in the existing kitchen. This should be fairly deep and have runners that are strong enough to take the weight of root vegetables like potatoes. Drill ventilation holes at intervals along the sides your bottom kitchen drawer, and perhaps some along the front it this van be done neatly. Set a rack or racks in the bottom of the drawer to allow air under the vegetables, and use it frequently to ensure good air circulation.

Keeping Packaged Food

For canned and packaged food such as dry flour, salt and olive oil, the ultimate store cupboard would be a walk-in larder with a marble or slate slab for storing cooked or prepared food in anticipation of a meal and shelves up the walls. Most of us would have to make do with just a cupboard or a couple of drawers.

A drawer is an ideal place to store food in that you can pull it our and see right to the back at a glance. If you're building a customized kitchen, measure your stores and have drawers made to fit; one for cans and jams, and a deeper one below for larger packets and jars.

If you keep your stores in a cupboard, there's an easy way to prevent things from disappearing to the back. Simply cut a U shape out of the middle of the front of each shelf. No doubt you lose some surface area but you've got better accessibility in return. If the cupboard is tall, you can hang a hook for aprons or string bags on the middle of the inside of the cupboard door since there's now space to for them to hang down.

Storing Beverages

Apart from the few that you consumer regularly, keep wines and drinks elsewhere. Storing drinks in the kitchen demands a lot of space so a cellar or outbuilding is ideal.

EPA and DHA fish oil is known to help reduce inflammation in the body, but researchers are still learning about how that works. In a recent study from the Institute of Human Nutrition, researchers reported that the fatty acids induce the production of "lipoxins".

Lipoxins are anti-inflammatory molecules naturally produced by the human body. Their appearance typically indicates the resolution of inflammation. In addition, lipoxins stimulate the production of antioxidants within the cells. The antioxidants provide further protection by neutralizing free radicals and helping to repair any of the damage caused by inflammation.

These are all factors of a healthy functioning immune system. Inflammation occurs. It is resolved and any damage done is repaired. But, of course, our immune systems do not always function perfectly. Judging from the latest research, it seems that one of the most important reasons for immune system dysfunction is an unhealthy diet.

When we eat saturated, trans-fats or omega6s, the body converts them into inflammatory cytokines and eicosanoids. So, with every unhealthy fat that you put in your mouth, you are contributing to inflammation. DHA fish oil can help, by competing with those unhealthy fats for conversion.

This company puts out an Omega 3 supplement that has double the anti-inflammatory properties of other highly concentrated oils. They use a combination of Hoki, A fish native to the Southern Ocean, just off the coast of New Zealand and they blend this in with Tuna fish oil.

This oil helps to alleviate the swellings and the pain of those who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and other arthritic type diseases. This makes these people loyal customers, who swear by the curative properties of this oil. In my opinion, the best brand of fish oil to take, is one that is rich in the DHA fatty acids. You see, our brain uses a lot of these fatty acids. In fact our brain is comprised of some thirty per cent of DHA fats. These fats work to keep us mentally fit.

And as long as they stay high, we will not have to worry about suffering from emotional illnesses. The best brand of fish oil to take, sometimes needs to combine the DHA fats with the EPA fatty acids to help our heart. Recent research has shown that taking an Omega 3 supplement on a daily basis is safe for heart disease patients.

Overseas studies have shown that about 1 gram of DHA and EPA fatty acids per day are necessary for a healthy heart. And speaking of EPA fatty acids. Did you know that the EPA fatty acid found in fish and fish oil helps to prevent young children from developing asthma. The scientists found that children who regularly ate fish, were less likely to develop asthma. They put this down to the fact that the EPA helps to reduce the severity of their airways inflammation.

For many people, it seems that arthritis is a condition of aging that one simply can not avoid. The aches and pains of life simply catch up with the patient over the course of their lifetimes, resulting in achy and stiffened joints. But what many people do not realize is that arthritis is a condition that can be controlled with various drugs and supplements - leaving the patient to lead a healthy and pain free life.

What is Arthritis?

Though some myths about arthritis seem to still pervade common thought - i.e. cracking one's knuckles can lead to arthritic joints - science has shown that there is more to the story. Arthritis is a condition in which the joints swell, causing pain, swelling, and stiffness. Some cases of arthritis are linked with the amount of activity that is done over the course of a lifetime, while other cases are the result of trauma to the joint. Aging is another direct cause of arthritis. As the joints begin to weaken from the years of use, the joints can become damaged, leading to the inflammatory response.

The problem with arthritis is that it can lead to a much lower quality of life for those affected. Instead of being able to move around easily, these patients can have bad days in which they area unable to move well, causing them to stay indoors and away from activities they enjoy. Arthritis can also lead patients to avoid certain movements. And this lack of activity can actually make the condition worsened.

There are many forms of arthritis that can affect the patient:

Osteoarthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis
Gout
Juvenile arthritis
Septic arthritis

Fish Oil For Arthritis

You may be aware that many people have been taking omega-3 fish oil supplements to maintain good heart health, but did you know that some doctors have been recommending fish oil for arthritis as well?

Arthritis is basically inflammation of the joints, and researchers have found that the essential fatty acid DHA in fish oil has anti-inflammatory properties, which can reduce the swelling and relieve pain. There is also data to suggest that low levels of essential fatty acids in the body may be a factor in a number of disorders including osteoporosis.

Of the more than one hundred types of arthritis, the three most common forms are rheumatoid arthritis, gout, and osteoarthritis. It is difficult to discern the causes of most types of arthritis. Some forms seem hereditary, others seem to point to an imbalance in body chemistry, and many are due to injuries and wear and tear on the joints. Whatever the cause, the symptoms are usually much the same: chronic pain and stiffness in the joints.

Many people suffer from stiff, painful joints due to osteoarthritis. Some doctors have told their patients to lose some extra weight and stay active which has proven to be very good advice. Other physicians have diagnosed the need to give steroid injections. Some people have even gone through surgeries because of this painful affliction. While in extreme cases this is necessary, it is encouraging to know that something as simple as eating fish and taking fish oil for arthritis can bring relief to many who suffer from joint pain.

Many studies have concluded that fish and fish oil alleviate the stiffness and joint pain of rheumatoid arthritis. New research has now revealed that the omega-3 essential fatty acids derived from fish may obstruct not only the chemicals that prompt inflammation in osteoarthritis but also the proteins identified as wearing down knee cartilage. Nutrition researcher Artemis P. Simopoulos,MD, advises taking one gram of omega-3 fish oil capsules daily to get the full benefit, or eat two servings of cold water fatty fish like salmon or mackerel weekly.

Arthritis Sufferers - Will Omega-3 Fish Oil Help the Pain?

If you suffer from rheumatoid or other types of arthritis, taking fish oil may help relieve the pain. Omega-3 fatty acids have natural anti-inflammatory activity, as opposed to omega-6 fatty acids which stimulate the release of inflammatory compounds. Omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish oil; omega-6 in cooking oils.

Researchers have been studying dietary aspects that contribute to disease for a number of years. Yet, some doctors are still skeptical about suggesting fish oil for arthritis. Most mainstream medical practitioners still stand by the use of over the counter or prescription drugs, despite the adverse side effects and risk of liver damage, as well as the kidney damage that is associated with long-term use.

Common Sense Choice - Fish Oil

It seems illogical to choose a treatment that could cause health problems over one that solves them. Numerous studies have shown that the benefits of increasing intake of omega-3 fatty acids to those that suffer from arthritis include pain reduction, reduced morning stiffness and reduced usage of anti-inflammatory drugs. So, what's the drawback? Why do doctors hesitate to recommend this therapy?

Fish Oil Therapy Requires Patience

It could be because the benefits of fish oil supplementation are not as immediate as the effects of a pain pill. Most studies indicate that it takes 4-6 weeks for omega-3 fatty acids and other nutritional therapies to have a noticeable effect. Many doctors believe that people who suffer from arthritis will not have the patience that it takes to stick with a regimen that does not provide immediate relief. While it is true that some patients are non-compliant, it is also true that most people will do anything that it takes to improve their health. Doctors should, at the very least, tell their patients about all of their options.

Increase Physical Activity

Being overweight is one of the things that put stress on the joints. Increased physical activity can help people maintain a healthy weight and actually improves joint function. Swimming pool work-outs are ideal for those that suffer from joint pain. Yoga is also beneficial, as long as the patient starts at the beginner level and works at his or her own level of flexibility. Gradually, flexibility improves with increased physical activity and much joint pain is resolved.

The Worst SEO Mistakes

Everyone wants their websites to be search engine optimized, or SEO-friendly. However, there are some common errors that people make when they're doing SEO work on their site, and these errors can actually cost them that highly coveted top ten ranking that everyone wants. Here are some things to avoid when doing SEO work on your website.

Remember the ALT tags! Almost every image on your website (not including the background and any images that serve as buttons and the like) needs to have ALT text. This is the text that shows up if the image doesn't load. More importantly, however, it's the text that tells search engines
what the image is since the programs can't actually see the picture. A good ALT tag will include two or three of your keywords, and it's a great place to stick in extra keywords that the viewer will (hopefully, unless your image is missing) never see.

Don't use the same title tag on every page of your site. While it may be easy to simply write one title for your homepage and then leave it on every page, this is another place where you're losing out on a place to stick keywords. Vary the title for each page so that search engines will notice the difference, and try to include different keywords for different pages.

Avoid scripts! While Flash and the like are becoming more compatible with search engines, it's still difficult for more search engines to see inside Flash objects. This means you're losing places to put meta tags, ALT tags, and more.

Don't just write for robots. While writing articles with a high keyword density might get your page ranked higher by the search engine, it's going to send actual human readers away. They don't want to read anything redundant or clumsy. "Our furniture store in London provides great furniture for London residents looking for furniture designed specifically for London" is going to either annoy readers or make them laugh at the horrible writing. Be sure your SEO phrases and such can be integrated into the text seamlessly so they don't stand out and don't over-use them.

Also, actually write your website text yourself (or hire someone to write it). Don't plagiarize - don't copy and paste text off of one website and put it on yours without making it clear where the text came from. Too much duplicate text on your page will be flagged by search engines.

They may use computers to attack systems for profit, for fun, or for political motivations or as a part of a social cause. Such penetration often involves modification and/or erasing of data, and is done without authorization and hence they should not be confused with “ethical hackers” (see white hat hacker).

They also may distribute computer viruses, Internet worms, and deliver spam through the use of botnets. The term may also refer to hackers who crack software to remove copy restriction methods: copy prevention, trial/demo version, serial number, hardware key, date checks, CD check (NO-CD) or software annoyances like nag screens and adware.

Don’t just stuff the content with keywords just for the heck of it. It has to be meaningful, informative, interesting and fresh in order to capture reader’s attention and interest.

Prefer keywords that are ranked higher and if managed try using it in your website URL. This trick is very helpful in procuring better page ranking.
