AAHIRS for Seniors and Adults is seeking qualified staff to join our team. Position Available: Marketing Managers
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our staff.
Must possess strong work ethics;
Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with others.
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Must have entrepreneurial spirit and able to work with minimal direction;
Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications;
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Has strong commitment to assist elderly and adults with referral and placement needs;
Ability of self-direct and manage activities of direct reports
Must possess top level business management, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
A degree in Marketing or Business preferred but not required;
At least two years experience in marketing/manager role with interactive marketing, within the professional services environment, healthcare a plus.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports directly to Marketing Director.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to creating marketing strategy, leading development, and overseeing its implementation.
Working with internal departments and external vendors to create effective materials and methods.
Executing direct response business-to-business marketing events and programs.
Reporting monthly on marketing results
Proven tract record of achieving marketing goals
Budget and Project Management for existing and new business lines.
Requires traveling
SALARIES AND BENEFITS: Salary and commission are based on experience and sales. We offer excellent benefits, including medical, life, disability, and 401(k) as well as sick leave, vacation and holiday pay.
